Gills Vilar-Lopes, Universidade da Força Aérea (UNIFA)

Lecturer of Political Science and International Relations (IR) at the Air Force Command (COMAER/Ministry of Defense-MD), where is a Permanent Professor of the Postgraduate Program in Aerospace Sciences (PPGCA) of the Air Force University (UNIFA), assigned to the Air Force Education Directorate (DIRENS) and also worked at the Air Force Command and General Staff School (ECEMAR). PhD in Political Science -- Area of ​​Concentration: IR -- from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE, 2016), with a scholarship from Pró-Estratégia (CAPES and the Secretariat for Strategic Affairs of the Presidency of the Republic). Master 'With Distinction' in Political Science from UFPE (2013), with a scholarship from CNPq and a sandwich period at Université Laval, Canada (2012-2013). Specialized Course in Cybersecurity: Issues in National and International Security from the National Defense University (DoD/NDU), Washington (2013). MBA in Public Management from Candido Mendes University (UCAM, 2017). Bachelor's degree in IR from the pioneering class of the State University of Paraíba (UEPB, 2011). Postdoctoral internship (Visiting Professor) at the Department of War Studies at King's College London (KCL), England, with a scholarship from the Research Program Abroad in Strategic Areas for National Defense (PROPEX-Defesa/CAPES/MD, 2022-2023).
